CAA Park Development and Vision
A Vision and Dream for CAA Park and Catonsville
Our dream is to create a “town park” right here in the heart of Catonsville! We'd like to support the community by opening our park to all the Ville for activities and by hosting public events regularly. Being within walking distance of Frederick Road enables us to bring people to local restaurants and shops, supporting all those who make it great to live in 21228! We plan to partner with schools, clubs, and other organizations to benefit youth and families.
Our vision is to create a space that has something for everyone to enjoy!
Below are some of the elements possible in the park:
- Turf Fields - to run our programs and create usable space for games and events held by area teams and organizations.
- League of Dreams will regularly hold adaptive sports events for children with disabilities here at CAA Park!
- We will run sports tournaments, driving traffic to local restaurants and area businesses!
- We will allocate regular time for folks in the community to use the turf fields for fun, family, church, school, and whatever else!
- State-of-the-Art Playground - Not just any playground, a destination playground. This will not only be an incredible benefit to the residents of our local area, but also bring others here to Catonsville, which will further support the Ville!
- The playground will include top-of-the-line adaptive equipment as well as educational and developmental elements such as sensory activities, a ninja warrior course, and accessibility for all!

- Festival Space
